Employment law, Work Health & Safety law and Commercial Litigation
About
The Practice
At AM Law & Partners, we specialise in Employment law, Work Health & Safety law and Commercial Litigation— and we do so with precision, depth and a practical mindset. Our approach is precise, practical, and built around the real-world challenges faced by compliance-heavy industries.
We serve clients across sectors including healthcare and social assistance, construction, manufacturing, logistics, education, and professional services.
Whether you need one-off legal advice, support during a crisis, or help embedding defensible systems into day-to-day operations, we act as a single point of contact—integrating legal expertise with operational awareness.
In addition to legal advisory and litigation, we offer solutions that go beyond the law, including internal investigations, systems design, training, and regulatory defence. We work closely with trusted investigators, safety consultants, and other specialists to ensure your business is supported from every angle.
We do not simply set out the law — we focus on providing our clients with solutions that they can act on.
