We arm our clients with the expertise and experience of international law firms combined with the agility of a boutique law firm
About
The Practice
At AM Law & Partners, we specialise in Employment and Work Health & Safety law — and we do so with precision, depth and a practical mindset. We also provide strategic workplace solutions that go beyond legal advice, including investigative support and risk management.
We assist employers across industries including healthcare, construction, professional services, manufacturing, hospitality, education, logistics and transport.
Where appropriate, we collaborate with trusted external professionals — including forensic investigators, Human Resources and WHS professionals and risk consultants — to deliver comprehensive workplace solutions. These partnerships enable us to assist clients with matters such as workplace theft investigations, background checks, threat management, and crisis response.
We do not simply set out the law — we focus on providing our clients with solutions that they can act on.
